Cinematography video feedback/learner response
1) Type up your feedback/comments from your teacher.
- A good variety of cinematography with shots that fit the soundtrack well.
- Main lesson is in the framing of the shots - although labels were generally accurate, the framing of the shots of your character tended to have a lot of " dead space" above the head. The shots also zoomed in a little, almost as if the shot was still being framed before calling "action".
- Pov, handheld and close up towards end were the standard shots , although the very first shot was surely a tilt rather than handheld.

3) Now reflect on your work and write your own summary of the comments and feedback you have received. Write three WWWs and three EBIs.
WWW-
- My concept aligned with my music
- Unique location
- Variety of cinematography
- Take better care directorally when others are apart of my filming process
- Label shots more accurately
- Use more still shots
4) Learner response: think about what you learned about cinematography making the video and also watching others. What will you do differently when you start the coursework in the summer? What tips or tricks have you learned from others that you can use next time? Are there any specific aspects of camerawork that you need to revise or practice?
For my coursework in the summer I plan to try and use more creative shots, such as the spotlight Kim used in her practical. I plan to use more still shots like Sheldon uses, instead of the my usual moving shots. I think I should practise more camera angles so I can use them efficiently in my coursework in the summer.
